Lead Rescue by Alliance Optima

Lead Rescue™ Turns Missed Calls Into Trackable Opportunities

When your team cannot answer, Lead Rescue acknowledges the caller, alerts the right person and keeps the opportunity visible until someone follows up.

What happens to a call you cannot answer

The Call You Missed Is Already Calling Someone Else

A caller who reaches an unattended voicemail is not waiting for you. They are looking at the next three results and dialling whichever one picks up. The job was never lost on price or quality — it was lost on availability, at a moment nobody in your business witnessed.

Lead Rescue treats an unanswered call as an event that has to produce a response, not a notification that sits on a phone. The caller hears a professional fallback and receives an acknowledgement in their language. Your team gets alerted. The lead is logged with a follow-up status, so it stays visible until somebody actually closes the loop.

It does not answer for you and it does not pretend to be a person. It makes sure a missed call becomes a tracked opportunity instead of a silent loss.

The flow

What Happens After a Call Is Missed

Four steps, triggered automatically. The system does not answer for you — it makes sure an unanswered call becomes a tracked opportunity.

  1. Step 1

    The call goes unanswered

Your team is on a job, with a client, or off hours. The system detects that nobody picked up.

  2. Step 2

    The caller gets an acknowledgement

A professional fallback message, then a confirmation in their language — so they know you saw the call.

  3. Step 3

    The right person is alerted

An alert goes to whoever is responsible, not to a shared voicemail nobody checks.

  4. Step 4

    The opportunity stays visible

The lead is logged with a follow-up status and stays there until somebody closes the loop.

Process

How It Works

1

Map the miss

We look at when calls go unanswered — job hours, evenings, weekends — and what happens to them today.

2

Write the messages

You approve the voicemail script and the acknowledgement wording in both languages before anything goes live.

3

Build and test

We configure detection, fallback, alerts and logging, then test the miss path end to end — including nobody answering the alert.

4

Review and tighten

Monthly, we look at how many misses got a follow-up and how fast, then adjust the alerting rules.

FAQ

Lead Rescue FAQ

Will this work with my existing phone number?

Often, but not always, and it depends on your current carrier. Some numbers port cleanly, some work better with call forwarding, and some carriers make it difficult. We check yours during discovery and tell you which route applies before you commit. What we will not do is promise every number can be ported.

Does the caller know it is automated?

Yes, and deliberately so. The acknowledgement is written to sound like your business following up, not like a person typing in real time. We do not build messages that imply a human is on the other end when one is not.

What exactly can it send — text, voicemail, both?

That depends on your line and your carrier. Not every business number is eligible to send SMS, and eligibility rules vary by country and carrier. Where messaging is available we configure it; where it is not, we design the recovery path around voicemail and alerts instead. We confirm which applies before quoting.

Do I need to get consent to text a missed caller?

Consent obligations depend on the message and the relationship. A reply to someone who just called you is treated differently from a marketing blast, but the rules still matter — so we configure opt-out handling and you approve the wording and the recipient rules. We design with these considerations in mind; we do not provide legal advice.

What happens if nobody on my team responds to the alert?

The lead stays open in the log with its follow-up status unchanged, which is the point — an unhandled opportunity should look unhandled. If you want escalation to a second person when the first does not act, that is a routing rule we can add, and it belongs in Smart Reception territory.

Is this the same as your Lead Automation service?

No, they cover different channels. Lead Automation handles inquiries that arrive through your website, forms and email. Lead Rescue handles the phone: unanswered calls, voicemail fallback and call-based follow-up. Businesses that lose leads on both sides often run the two together.

How much does the usage cost on top?

It depends on your call and message volume, and it is billed separately from our setup and monthly fee. We estimate the expected range during discovery based on your actual volume so you can budget for it. We never present calling or messaging as free or unlimited.
