SEAO (Système électronique d'appel d'offres) is Quebec's official electronic public-tender platform, where municipalities and government bodies post contract opportunities — paving, ventilation, plumbing, electrical and more. It is public, but the volume and interface make it hard to monitor consistently.
No. SEAO Intelligence is a standalone subscription with its own price and its own sign-up. It does not require an audit, an implementation project or any other engagement underneath it — for most clients it is the first thing they buy from us, not the last.
No. It is a member area you log into, available continuously. The data refreshes weekly, your matches re-rank as it does, and email alerts reach you between logins. A monthly summary is one delivery of it, not the product.
For some awarded contracts, SEAO publishes the end date outright and we show it as published. For the rest we derive one — from the buying body’s own observable re-tendering rhythm where there is one, otherwise from the median measured term for that category and value band. Every row says which of the three it is, and derived dates are labelled estimates in the row itself.
