Privacy & Cookies
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Alliance Optima (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through our website allianceoptima.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Québec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete our contact form or Growth Score™ assessment, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and website.
- Usage information. With your consent, we collect anonymised information about how you use the site — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser — through the analytics tools described below.
Cookies & analytics
We use analytics cookies only after you accept them via our consent banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. Essential cookies needed to run the site (for example, remembering your language and consent choice) are always active.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate traffic and which content is useful. IP addresses are anonymised. We operate Google Consent Mode, so tracking stays off until you opt in.
- Microsoft Clarity — produces anonymised heatmaps and session summaries so we can improve page usability. It does not sell your data.
You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Declining leaves the site fully functional.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To prepare and send your Growth Score™ report.
- To prepare and send your Business Funding Opportunity Scan assessment.
- To understand and improve how our website performs.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information is handled
We use service providers outside Québec, and in some cases outside Canada, to run this website and to send email. Submitting a form therefore means your information is handled outside the province.
- Render (United States) — hosts our website and database.
- Brevo (European Union) — sends our transactional and newsletter email.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — analytics, only after you accept cookies, and never carrying your name or contact details.
Business Funding Opportunity Scan
If you complete the Business Funding Opportunity Scan, we collect your business profile, your description of the project you are considering, your contact details, and a record of the consents you gave.
- Why. To produce and send your preliminary assessment, and — only if you asked us to — to contact you about a manually verified scan.
- How long. Up to 24 months, after which it is deleted on request or during periodic review.
- Who processes it. Render and Brevo, as described above.
- Analytics. We measure how the tool is used, but the analytics providers never receive your business name, your contact details, or anything you typed in a free-text field.
Marketing email is a separate, optional consent. Declining it does not affect your assessment, and you can unsubscribe from any message we send.
Your rights
Under Law 25 and PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to analytics at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us atcontact@allianceoptima.ca.
Person in charge of personal information
Québec's Law 25 requires us to designate someone accountable for the protection of personal information, and to publish how to reach them.

How we govern personal information
- We collect only what a requested service actually needs, and we do not sell it.
- Consent is asked for separately per purpose, is never pre-checked, and can be withdrawn at any time.
- Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized administrators.
- Before using a service provider outside Québec we assess whether your information would receive adequate protection, and we rely on contractual safeguards where the local law is not equivalent.
- We keep a register of confidentiality incidents and will notify you and the Commission if an incident presents a risk of serious injury.
- Submissions are retained no longer than needed, and are deleted on request.
