Any agency can promise "more leads". This calculator forces the honest question: given your close rate, your margin and the real cost of the project, how much improvement does it take to break even — and what happens if you only get half the promised lift?

That’s why results show three scenarios. The conservative one assumes half the expected improvement materializes; the strong one assumes it overdelivers. If a project only works in the strong scenario, that tells you something important before you spend.
