SEAO publishes the number of bids on 120,826 awards in this window. Here is how they fall. The “1 supplier” band is mostly direct awards (gré à gré) made without a call for tender: open public tenders draw the median shown above. Median values on this page count only contracts awarded through an open call for tender (or that drew 2 or more bids where SEAO doesn't record the method); totals count every award, except group-purchase listings already counted and lots with an obvious entry error.
